TOWNSHIP OF WALES-ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS REQUEST FOR VARIANCE OF PROPERTY LINES HEARING

This variance request is for the Birkenshaw property that is commonly known as 10355 Dunn Rd, Wales, Mi. Parcel # 74-31-007-1005-(000, 500, 600).
The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from residents, property owners, and the public regarding the three property line variances that were requested from Robert Birkenshaw for ZBA review. This variance is for realignment of these parcels that are deficient of the required 330-foot road frontage.
Written comments are also encouraged and will be received at the Wales Township Hall, 1372 Wales Center Road, Wales, Mi. 48027 prior to the July 19th, 2024 meeting.
